Im on the life long journey to find the best burger this side of the Missouri. Knowing that Omaha is the beef Capital of the world. That must mean a local restaurant has the plain burger and bun I’m looking for. Firebirds is not top of this list; still one of my go to experiences. Get a glass of water, fried spinach, a burger and fries. The food is always great and the fried spinach is strangely appealing. Dim lights and very high ceilings add to the experience a fine amount. The picky eater in me won’t get anything else on the menu and I would put this burger on the upper half of said burger list.
